![]() It happened in the middle of editing a project and will happen on any version I install and on any project, old, current, or new. And, of course, I'm stopped in my tracks until this is resolved.Īnyway, if a PP user has run into this and happens to be editing at this ludicrous hour and may know a solution before I can contact Red Giant, I've checked the sequence from last weeks show and all is identical as can be. I've cleared some additional memory space (even though that shouldn't effect anything) (Plural Eyes offered a 90 day trial on Plural Eyes Universe, a set of transitions/effects, and I uninstalled those). I've tried the reboots, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Plural Eyes. Error details: error file does not exist. ![]() When I do so I get: Unable to Import, Check the Plural Eyes 4 log file for details. There is a problem with the sequence try "Open in Plural Eyes." to learn more. However, when I went to sync my timeline tonight, I received an error code. It has been a great thing, since there are all kinds of drift and sync issues with these crappy AVCHD cameras. ![]() "This program is better than that program" you should typicaly avoid (lessens the value of your posts) and just let users decide for themselves based on info available and your/others experiences you describe. This will most likely be a Plural Eyes issue, but, it's 3:54AM and can't reach anyone at Red Giant until after 7AM, if I'm very lucky.įor 3 weeks now, have used Plural Eyes 4 (on 2017 iMac) to sync 10 lockdown cameras to a master audio track for a talk show. ![]() So again it depends on your workflow which program suits you better. I have not seen this feature in Syncalia (yet) Where pluraleyes shines is for very long clips sync (more typical for standalone clips/dailies sync), where it uses smart drift compensation to keep the audio in sync over very long clips (within limits ) Its is not for noting a very popular tool ![]() I can trow multiple cams, audios etc on Pluraleyes and it syncs flawless. The workflow demonstrated, using a timeline export / import with Davinci resolve works indeed better in Syncalia.įor standalone workflows or dailies sync, i have never had a single issue with Pluraleyes and have been using it for the last several years with all versions of Davinci Resolve since 12.5. Also the video shows an old version of Pluraleyes, which, while still good and had zero issues with it in the past, has been superseeded by a newer version long time ago. Tnx for the link although most users here do not speak this language so less usefull than it could have been.Īlso qualifications like better or worse depends on your workflow and usage case.
